Vessel
vessel was installed on the water of Long Lake during the Folk on the Rocks festival. It was an interactive artwork that explored protection and private space within the larger social environment of a busy summer public event, where the community emerges out of hibernation from a long arctic winter. It contained a large air pocket, under which you could swim underneath and float to listen to an ambient sound piece that was amplified through natural elements harnessed inside the pod.
